One of my clients that I take care of house for, is in town for a week and just called me. This is a new home and he built it for vacation rental. He just called to tell me things looked good and they liked everythng I did. I decorated the house after the contractors were done. I feel good about that. This is the first time they saw the house since it has been done. Patting myself on the shoulder. P.

Hello everyone, I have been making sure that the homes we take care of have the heat at 55 or above. We have several homes here that we manage that are vacation homes. So today was the day to make sure all of them will be safe for the winter. Tonight is is suppose to get in the 30s and the wind is blowing hard here today.. If you have any empty homes that you take care of and winter is upon you make sure the heat is on. Would not want any broken pipes that would not be good. hahaha.. Just something to think about. Check the thermostat today..

I really enjoy blogging becasue I think of all the millions of people out there that are doing the same thing I am doing. I think that is so neat. No matter how Rich or Poor we all do the same things in life at one time or another..

A very profitable agent once told me once I got my license. Not to worry to much about the technical things in real estate I will learn it as I go. Which I have by the way. But to put all of my efforts in Learning how to sell, Communicate and most of all Marketing. Marketing was the most important thing is this business. You must Market all the time. I have done ok. But I am hopeing to do much better next year.

Does anyone have any other Marketing Tips that have worked for them. I have done Expires, and some FSBO but not much I will be working with those more.  What Marketing has worked best for you?? I am aware this is really a numbers game.

I heard on the news today that Opec is going to cut production, so they can raise gas prices. OH that's right we have a shortage uuuuhh what is up with this. Do they really think that the common person is stupid. I know as well as many of you. That if Gas prices would stay at and I am quoting here, Donald Trump, If gas prices would stay at 40-50 Dollars a barrel the economy would be ok.. So Tell me again why are we cutting production??? Oh that's right the Big Oils Guys are not making enough Money.. Poor Us!!!
