I want to talk about the service I give my clients. I have several clients that I think are just great people.
My broker and I  have done everything we can for them. There are some clients you just don't want to let go of.  These people have part time homes here and we have tried to take care of their property the best way we can. Staying in communication with them every chance we get. Checking on their property a few times a week. Makings sure everything is just fine.  These people are very appreciative of the things we do for them. We intern appreciate their business and this is just one of the way we like to show that to our clients.  We are in a resort area and there is alot of things as a realtor we can do for our clients. We have a sister company that also cuts the grass for our clients when they are unable to.  Our organization is unique in the fact that we can do alot for our clients. But my reasoning for writing this blog is that if you do for others, they will do for you. Thank you to all of our clients past, present and future. What a great business I am in. Why can't the  politicians in this country see where the problem really is. If they would take the money and suppliment the fuel costs then we would be ok. People could afford to stay in there homes and buy food and utilities. I really don't understand why they cannot see that it starts with the common consumer and ends with the common consumer.. Lower Fuel Costs and we can afford for to keep spending on our homes and walmart or whatever.. This just make me so mad...Businesses are losing hundreds of dollars everyday because the money has to be put in fuel instead of what it needs to be spent on like payroll creating layoffs..I wish someone would see this. Supplement the oil companies and lower the fuel prices and we will be fine...Mad at our politicians...Paula

What a Day this is today in Cedar Lake,

Our local True Value is have its grand opening, they have expanded their building and now offering many new services.

Our Dairy Queen on the East Side of the Lake is have a DJ Dance tonight starting at 6pm. I went last year and had a ball. You must go and have alot of fun  on the waterfront...

One of our local Lounges here is having a End of Summer Bash, Also haveing a DJ you have lakeview form here and alot of fun.
