Hello has anyone used chatting features on their websites. I have it on mine and it seems to be ok. I like to try to setup time for discussing real estate and answering questions. Have you tried this on your site? if so give me some feedback on how it works for you..

I've not tried it Paula, but I think it is a grand idea!  Soon we'll have cameras attached to our computers so we can chat LIVE!  I guess no more blogging/chatting in my PJ's, huh?!

Hello Deb, Well it does have that feature, however my feeling on this is and maybe I am wrong. Not sure. People still like to remain annoymous until they are ready to buy. So this gives them that option or they can reveal by using my private chat as well. What do you think?

Good point, Paula.  I agree that most want to remain anonymous until they're comfortable with you and their decision to purchase or sell.  At least the chat option doesn't mean that they have to reveal themselves completely to you!
