Interest Rate Reduction
Why can't our goverment forget about the interest rates and subsidise the gas prices. This would create more spending then the interest rate reduction. People cannot afford 4.00 a gallon for gas it is simply that easy to figure out..

Paula - I think you have a great point there, but we all need to take some responsibility there and get vehicles that don't use so much gas, that would decrease demand and help bring prices down.
Paula, so true, but add the interest rate reduction to the credit card companies that are raping the public. Not sure how they have been flying under the radar so far.
