Words that sell real estate

Hello Everyone, I have been reading blogs about words that really sell real estate. I am very intriqued with this and intertested if anyone knows of a good books written recently that would be good on this subject?

Paula, there are more than enough books to keep you busy reading for quite a while. The question is words for what - ads, websites, blogs, sales presentations? BTW, the words don't sell, you do. They just help set the tone.

I am looking to try to get the buyers that read my listing from the mls or blog or craigslist to pick up the phone and call or ask via email about the listing..I am want them to contact me. Once i get them here I am ok..Enticing them is what I am looking for..

I had a listing client look into this...and she wanted us to change the verbage on her ad to include the words 'beautiful'  and 'landscape'.....because she read somewhere (on the internet) that ads with those two words in them...the property sold 20% sooner than those that did not.      go figure.

Has Anyone read this book  "Real Estate Advertising Made Easy by Mary Ellen Randall"?

If so what did you think of it..?? Is it worth 30.00?
