Hello everyone. How Many buyers do you all work with on any given day?

Maybe one in the morning; one in the afternoon.  I once had 3 different sets of buyers....way too much to deal with.  My preference is ONE.

I have had the luck to work with 3 at a time lately, but it is hard work. I showed 9 homes to 3 buyers just last Saturday and it was exhausting.....but I am not really complaining....

One or two buyers is ok - and when these buyers want to see a lot of  homes, I usually partner up with another agent.  The buyer is happy that he/she gets to see more homes and appreciate the care and attentions to detail they get from 2 agents.

I prefer to work no more than two a day (unless they just want to go see one particular home).  I don't want them to feel rushed, and I want to be fair to myself and allow time for lead generation each day.
