It is a "price reduction extractor." It is used to to convince insane sellers that they won't be able to demand a $50k premium for their house because it has granite tile counters in the kitchen. That one is in nice condition. Those are very hard to come by!

The angle's weird and the photo is a bit fuzzy. Is it leather and wood? Is it on it's side? ( I'm bored stiff and LOVE games) Yeah, I know it's kinda sad, but oh well!
LOOKS KINDA LIKE AN OLD BLACKSMITHS TOOL FOR SHOEING HORSES.
Well this is a very ollllddd tool the used to be used by farmers...(((clue)))
I love games - here is a guess, is it a tool to plant seeds in the soil? ~Rita
That's the tool that I would use in the absence of a bottle opener.

Rita You are very close but not quite there, Keep guessing....
I'm gonna guess it's a corn shucker. Or if not that, a weapon. Even if that, a weapon.
I'm from Ohio and we did not use this since 1950. just kidding I think.
John You are so HOT you have the right veggie..
Is it what farmers used to dig potatos?
To remove corn stalks?
