Hello Paula: I have been to Cedar Lake, IN, many years ago, use to work out of Merriville, IN. Here are a few tips: Always use a professional looking form, that allows you to use detailed information. I use one similar to those used by the BPO companies. Adding 3 sold, 3 list and adjustments for the differences. Also including an aerial map, be very detailed, it will impress the owner and it does get listings. Good Luck
Be realistic. Don't take the listing if they are not reasonable with the price. Discuss the points at which the price will adjust.
